The Pixel treatment is quick - about 20 minutes for a full face. Patients may experience minimal discomfort, usually a sensation of heat with the pulse of the laser. Typically you can expect to feel and look as though you have moderate sunburn for a couple of days. Some flaking will occur and last for about a week. Your skin will look better within days following the treatment, and results steadily improve over the next few months.
Common areas to be treated include the face, chest, hands, and even the fragile skin on the neck which “ages” us the most. While one Pixel will give you noticeable improvement, optimal results can be achieved with a series of treatments - perhaps two to four sessions, at three to four week intervals.
